How to use your kit

1. Download and unzip the complete toolkit from your purchase email. Check your spam or promotions folder if needed.
2. Open Client_Delivery_Toolkit.docx and read the Start Here page. Save your own working copies of the files.
3. Type directly into the Word template fields in Microsoft Word, use the fillable PDF guide, and enter your figures in the highlighted Excel input cells. No copying and pasting is required.
4. Start with your evidence inventory and one buyer/problem hypothesis. Choose a realistic next action and review what you learn.

This self-directed toolkit includes planning templates, a statement of work template, client delivery tools, and pricing and invoice worksheets. Calls, personal reviews and community access are not included.
