Refund / Enrollment Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

This policy applies to paid programs and services offered by Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC, including the Consulting Business Accelerator and Private Consulting Business Advisory, unless a written offer states otherwise.

1. All Sales Final

Because enrollment reserves limited capacity and may provide immediate access to onboarding, program materials, scheduling, recordings, templates, or other resources, all sales are final after purchase. Enrollment is nonrefundable and nontransferable except where required by law or where Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

2. Limited Cohort Capacity

The Consulting Business Accelerator is limited to a maximum of 20 participants per cohort. Your completed purchase reserves one of those available seats.

3. Missed Sessions

Failure to attend a live session does not create a right to a refund, credit, make-up session, or transfer. When recordings are available, enrolled participants may use the recording subject to the stated access terms.

4. Third-Party Financing

If you use a third-party financing or pay-over-time option, your financing agreement is between you and that provider. Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC receives payment according to the provider's merchant terms. Your repayment obligations to the financing provider are separate from this Refund / Enrollment Policy.

5. Provider Cancellation

If Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC cancels an entire paid program and does not provide a reasonable replacement date, alternative delivery option, or equivalent service, affected participants will be eligible for a refund of amounts paid directly for the cancelled service, subject to applicable law and payment-provider procedures.

6. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

7. Required Checkout Disclosure

“I acknowledge that enrollment is nonrefundable and nontransferable after purchase, subject to applicable law. I have reviewed and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Refund / Enrollment Policy.”
