These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of websites, workshops, digital materials, the Consulting Business Accelerator, Private Consulting Business Advisory, and other services offered by Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC. By registering, purchasing, or participating, you agree to these Terms.
Our workshops, programs, templates, and advisory services are designed for educational, strategic, and professional-development purposes. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or financial advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.
Examples involving $15,000+ months, client pricing, revenue scenarios, or business models are illustrative only. We do not promise or guarantee that you will earn a particular amount, obtain clients, replace a salary, work fewer hours, or achieve any specific business outcome. Results depend on factors including experience, market demand, positioning, pricing, sales activity, execution, economic conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.
Workshop registration is intended for the individual registrant. Access links may not be resold, published, or shared publicly. Live dates and times may occasionally need to change. If a live event is materially changed, registered attendees will be notified using the contact information provided.
When a replay is offered, replay access is limited to registered attendees and is available only for the stated access period. For the current recurring workshop model, replay access is expected to remain available for approximately 48 hours after delivery unless otherwise stated. We may disable access after the expiration time.
The Consulting Business Accelerator is a limited-capacity live group program. Enrollment is capped at 20 participants per cohort unless otherwise stated. The standard program is delivered over four consecutive Wednesdays, with live sessions currently scheduled for 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM Pacific Time / 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM Eastern Time, subject to the specific cohort schedule provided at enrollment.
Recordings may be provided to enrolled participants. Live attendance is encouraged but not guaranteed to be available as an alternative date for missed sessions.
Private Consulting Business Advisory is a high-touch, application-based service. Availability is limited, currently capped at six active private clients at a time. Acceptance is not guaranteed and may depend on fit, capacity, timing, and scope.
Program and service fees are displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due in full at checkout.
We do not currently offer an in-house installment plan for the Consulting Business Accelerator. Eligible purchasers may be offered third-party financing or pay-over-time options, such as PayPal Pay Later, directly by the financing provider. Eligibility, repayment terms, interest, fees, credit decisions, and approval are controlled by the third-party provider, not Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC.
A third-party financing arrangement does not change the total amount owed to Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC or the Refund / Enrollment Policy.
All purchases are subject to the Refund / Enrollment Policy presented before checkout and incorporated into these Terms. Unless Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC states otherwise in writing, program purchases are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable after purchase, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
All workshop content, program materials, workbooks, templates, frameworks, recordings, slides, written content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for your own professional or business development. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, teach, sublicense, publish, upload, or commercially exploit the materials without prior written permission.
Group sessions may be recorded for enrolled participant access. By participating in a live session, you understand that your voice, name, chat contributions, or image may be captured if you choose to speak, post, or appear on camera. Additional consent should be obtained if recordings will be used publicly for marketing or testimonials.
Participants must interact professionally and respect the confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual property of other participants. We may remove a participant for harassment, abusive conduct, unauthorized sharing of materials, unlawful activity, or conduct that materially disrupts the program. Removal for misconduct does not create a refund right except where required by law.
We will not use a participant's name, likeness, testimonial, or identifiable success story in public marketing without appropriate permission.
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as Systeme.io, Zoom, PayPal, Stripe, Meta, LinkedIn, and other providers. We are not responsible for outages, account decisions, financing decisions, or independent acts of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in our workshops, programs, advisory services, or use of our materials. Any limitation is subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms prospectively. The terms applicable to a purchased cohort or service will generally be those presented at the time of purchase, except where a change is required by law or mutually agreed in writing.
