These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of websites, workshops, digital materials, the Consulting Business Accelerator, Consulting Business Launch Lab, and other services offered by Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC. By registering, purchasing, or participating, you agree to these Terms.
Our workshops, programs, templates, and advisory services are designed for educational, strategic, and professional-development purposes. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or financial advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.
Examples of client pricing, revenue scenarios or business models are illustrative only. We do not promise or guarantee that you will earn a particular amount, obtain clients, replace a salary, work fewer hours, or achieve any specific business outcome. Results depend on factors including experience, market demand, positioning, pricing, sales activity, execution, economic conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.
Workshop registration is intended for the individual registrant. Access links may not be resold, published, or shared publicly. The November 22, 2026 workshop is live only. No workshop recap, replay, or recording will be shared. Live dates and times may occasionally need to change. If a live event is materially changed, registered attendees will be notified using the contact information provided.
The Consulting Business Accelerator is a three-week live group program priced at $997 USD, paid in full at checkout, and limited to 20 participants. The upcoming cohort has three required classes on December 1, 8 and 15, 2026, from 4:00 to 5:15 PM Pacific. Optional group office hours are dates and times TBD, for group Q&A only.
The program includes frameworks, templates, classroom and community access, and exercises to develop a positioning statement, a one-page offer with a starting price, and a 30-day outreach plan. Access to classroom materials and templates lasts 90 days from the cohort start. Recordings of all premium classes are available to enrolled participants for 90 days from the cohort start. Accelerator graduates receive a $997 credit toward the Consulting Business Launch Lab. Contact us for credit redemption instructions.
The Consulting Business Launch Lab is a six-week group program priced at $3,997 USD, paid in full at checkout, and limited to 15 participants. The upcoming cohort meets December 1, 8 and 15, 2026 and January 5, 12 and 19, 2027, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Pacific. Optional group office-hour dates and times are TBD.
The program includes two guaranteed 30-minute private strategy calls, after Weeks 2 and 5; optional 20-minute appointments in other weeks, subject to availability; three written feedback reviews; a Week 6 Launch Review; a template library; and classroom and cohort community access. Access to classroom materials and templates lasts 90 days from the cohort start. Recordings of all premium classes are available to enrolled participants for 90 days from the cohort start.
Private appointments are booked using the scheduling instructions provided after purchase. Optional appointment windows are Fridays, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pacific Time, excluding scheduled group sessions and unavailable dates. Submit questions for optional appointments at least 24 hours in advance. The program provides education and implementation support and requires participants to carry out the work.
Program and service fees are displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due in full at checkout.
We do not offer an in-house installment plan for either program. If a third-party payment or financing option appears at checkout, eligible purchasers may choose to apply through that provider. PayPal Credit, PayPal Pay Later and other financing products are available only where supported for the transaction and approved by the provider. Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC does not guarantee that a financing product will appear or that an application will be approved. The provider controls eligibility, credit decisions, repayment terms, interest and fees. Review the provider's terms before applying.
A third-party financing arrangement does not change the total amount owed to Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC or the Refund / Enrollment Policy.
All purchases are subject to the Refund / Enrollment Policy presented before checkout and incorporated into these Terms. Unless Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC states otherwise in writing, program purchases are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable after purchase, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
All workshop content, program materials, workbooks, templates, frameworks, recordings, slides, written content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for your own professional or business development. Buyers may customize and use the templates in their own consulting businesses, including paid client work. They may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the original templates as standalone products. Except for the permitted template use described above, you may not reproduce, resell, distribute, teach, sublicense, publish, upload, or commercially exploit the materials without prior written permission.
The free workshop is live only. No workshop recap, replay, or recording will be shared. Recordings are available for all premium classes in the Consulting Business Accelerator and Consulting Business Launch Lab, alongside classroom materials and templates, for 90 days from the cohort start.
Participants must interact professionally and respect the confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual property of other participants. We may remove a participant for harassment, abusive conduct, unauthorized sharing of materials, unlawful activity, or conduct that materially disrupts the program. Removal for misconduct does not create a refund right except where required by law.
We will not use a participant's name, likeness, testimonial, or identifiable success story in public marketing without appropriate permission.
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as Systeme.io, Zoom, PayPal, Stripe, Meta, LinkedIn, and other providers. We are not responsible for outages, account decisions, financing decisions, or independent acts of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boss Strategy & Advisory LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in our workshops, programs, advisory services, or use of our materials. Any limitation is subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms prospectively. The terms applicable to a purchased cohort or service will generally be those presented at the time of purchase, except where a change is required by law or mutually agreed in writing.
